My name is Catherine Van Der Laan and I help corporate employees and start up founders become top leaders in their industries. 

My background is in product leadership and management, corporate strategy, and analytics. 

In each of my roles, I found myself developing the high-potential people around me into true leaders. Now I do that all day.
